The Estate of Lou Michaels, Country Squire Lane, Off River Road, Richmond, VA - August 2010
Lou was a collector of coins and currency, and Mrs. Michaels had an eye for fine decorative arts.
We sold lovely pottery, silver, antiques and modernistic furniture. It was a great sale for all!
Lou was a fine man and a very good friend and we shall miss him!

Project involved Estate Sale of Furnishings, Brokerage of Lincoln Family Artifacts, & Online Auction of the Library & Photograph Collections.
We worked with Abe's grandson's step-daughter. Robert T. L. Beckwith was the last of the Lincoln LIne.
Wes Cowan, "The History Detective" sold Mr. Lincoln's Carte d' Vista and some of Mary Todd's personal objects for us.
We sold Bob's library, letters, family photographs, furniture, family jewelry, silver and more in our sale.
Christine cataloged the sale, provided historic provenance through our client and Cannon's Auctions facilitated our on-line sale.

The house was filled to the brim with collections from one large extended family estate.

Our clients sold Real Estate the second day of our sale,
We brought in lovely objects and the residence looked quite fine, including furniture, vehicles, silver and more from estates which could not hold an onsite sale or needed to sell quickly.
The residential clients were paid a percentage of the sale fee for allowing us to use their space!
It was a win-win sale for all!
The Estate of Robert Bruce Livy, Retired Collegiate English Instructor, 5202 Cary Street Road, Richmond, VA,
November 2011.
While we sold mr. Livy's Vehicles in September, we then were given the opportunity to sell his furnishings at his home. Proceeds benefited St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, UVA and the Children's Hospital. Mr. Livy had a huge collection of Teddy Bears, we sold a ton, and the remainder has gone to a charity that feeds homeless families.
